No one knows what they're doing in the showroom. They aren't friendly in the slightest and they'll find any way to screw you that they can. That being said, everyone I dealt with in the preowned lot was more than helpful in the whole process. It wasn't until I went back to the showroom to finish the paper work where problems arose. Not only was Alvin rude the entire time, but he refused to take either a check OR cash for my vehicle. The only form he would except was a certified check from the bank. So finally after going to the back and coming back, he accepted my money. However, he filled out the paperwork wrong and charged a fee to do it. It took the title over 4 weeks to get mailed to me, and upon taking it to get registered we realized half of the blue form Alvin filled out was not even filled out. After spending MY OWN money to get these issues fixed, I am still without a new title and waiting on plates aw well. Hopefully they come before the end of the month or I will have to spend more of my own money on another set of temporary plates because of Alvin's mistakes. I bought the car December 8th and here on January 25th I still have not been able to get my car registered.
